Iheukwumere Okogwu Otu: What is so funny?

Last Thursday, Bro Ik Ikoro (Incumbent & elect House of Assembly member representing Afikpo North West) and I left the venue of Inec in AI where we were issued our Certificate of return and headed to to where, bro Charles Abani was doing an opening for project his NGO built for a school in Ovuoba. On our way back from the place, my manager, Iheukwumere Okogwu Otu, aka Organizer, is seen here laughing his heart out, at what I do not know because he is very far from bro Ikoro and I, and I do not even remember discussing anything with bro ikoro that was funny.
