Oh Lord, pinch me! I was just like where am I biko nu? It was surreal. I just collected my certificate of return as Member, Ebonyi state house of Assembly elect, repping Afikpo North East. This was handed to me in a platter of Gold by the people of Afikpo. There was a MARIA CRAZE in my town, they had to have Maria or nothing. And Maria they got. I had no godfather, no sponsor, had very little money & was in a party (PPA) all by myself as it had zero structure in my state. My people damned all that and gave me an unriggable win with an unprecedented landslide. A win that made me the only candidate that won in PPA in the whole federation and the only candidate that won a seat where the party they are running under had no structure in their state, in the entire country.
