adding that he had not seen anything that would warrant Nigeria breaking up in 2015.
Kukah, who made his position known while addressing journalists ahead of the 50th anniversary of the Sokoto Diocese billed to hold on December 19 in Sokoto, assured that the 2015 elections would come and go like others with Nigeria emerging stronger in contravention of apprehensions expressed in some quarters.
The Bishop pointed out that God had not spoken to anybody about the future of Nigeria, stressing that the desired change could only be attained if Nigerians decide to change their attitude. Hear him, “God has not spoken to anybody about the future of Nigeria. Today is the tomorrow you dreamt about and if we want 2015 election to be successful it will start from today. So, I see no reason why Nigeria will just break up.”
