To
give Maiduguri a facelift, Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State has embarked
on a modern re-generation project to modernize the city. In its bid to reduce
housing problem in Borno state, the administration of Gov. Kashim Shettima is
constructing a befitting Housing Estate known as the Legacy House. The first
phase of the project is nearing completion and will be commissioned in no
distant time after which the second phase will be flagged off. The first phase
of the Legacy housing project consists of 40 Blocks of 6 units of 3
bedroom apartments situated along Kano Road opposite the Umaru Shehu General
