President Goodluck Jonathan’s Mother Vacates Aso Rock

The mother of President Goodluck Jonathan, Madam Eunice Jonathan, has vacated the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.According to reports, Madam Eunice did not return from the president’s hometown of Otuoke, Bayelsa State, after the presidential election on March 28.

Recall Madam Eunice have not appeared at any public event held at the Presidential Villa since Jonathan lost the March 28 presidential election to Muhammadu Buhari.

Even the church services and other activities that the president’s mother usually attended, she was conspicuously absent. She was also absent at the Palm Sunday Service, Good Friday Service and the Easter Sunday Service all held inside the Aso Villa Chapel. She also did not attend the fifth and last presidential prayer breakfast held at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja on April 25 including the send forth church service that held yesterday in Abuja
