Fuel scarcity is no longer a news in Nigeria, as we are already sort of used to the lifestyle which comes up every now and then, but we Nigerians are not the only ones living in Nigeria we have some foreigners living here with us, if Nigeria is in chaos there will suffer the heat vice-versa, Yesterday at the city of Lagos a frustrated Chinese man was pictured sitting on the bare floor outside a filling station, mere glance on him will make you pity him, chaii the matter no dey fear skin colour ooo LOL....see more photos of foreigners in hunt of fuel after the break:
