FOUNDER, The Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, has expressed optimism that the current issue of insecurity in the country would soon become a thing of the past.Oyedepo, who was present at the Silver Jubilee celebration of the Victory International Church, Ibadan, noted that God’s divine intervention would soon bring about normalcy in the country.
Delivering a message titled, “Keys to accessing divine help”, at Rehoboth Cathedral, Oluyole Estate Extension, Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyedepo charged christians to continuously rely on help of God for a vibrant future through prayers and trust in God rather than man.
“Vain is the help of man; No life can be greater than the help of God available to such person,” Oyedepo said.Speaking about 25 years of the ministry of Bishop Taiwo Adelakun, Oyedepo emphasised the importance of thanksgiving for the progress of the ministry and prayed for divine help and protection upon Adelakun.While anointing Adelakun, Oyedepo added, “Adelakun is an ever-ready learner; As long as you continue to thank God, you will continue to experience supernatural multiplication.”Adelakun, in his response, regarded Oyedepo as his mentor. He prayed that with the prophetic blessings received, he expects a global impactful ministry for the next 25 years.
